Our Mission:


Key Essentials to Behavior Management (KEBM) proposes to provide comprehensive intensive individualized Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) for children 2-18yrs. to adults 18+ diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders(ASD), Intellectual Disability(ID) and other related disabilities. 


Our Services



The main purpose of KE is to provide intensive ABA services to families which includes utilizing evidence based practices to reduce inappropriate maladaptive behavior and increase behavior analytic knowledge for consumers and caregivers. Our ABA program is designed to address skill domains such as but not limited to behavior skills training (BST), receptive language, expressive language, daily living skills, community integration and social skills.

Our Objective

Providing implementation and modeling of evidence based practices specific to Applied Behavior Analysis and other language and behavior related disorders/disabilities for the purpose of supporting District/Agency/Facility staff and assisting students/clients in achieving individualized social, emotional and behavioral goals.

We Provide supervision and behavioral support to Adult Residential Facilities, Group Homes, and ABA Companies for children to adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders and other related developmental disabilities within a center-based clinic, facility, school, home and/or community settings.

Staff employees

At Key Essentials, we will recruit and hire a variety of positions within our organizational chart. Positions requiring direct contact with consumers will pass and present a background check and health screening.  These items are required prior to hire and orientation.








At Key Essentials, we seek to provide intensive ABA services with quality consumer, staff and caregiver training.  The purpose of emphasizing intensive ABA practices is to use evidence based strategies while increasing knowledge of caregivers and thus decreasing inappropriate maladaptive behaviors, which will allow families to take a more participatory role in their consumer’s life.  In short, we believe that with effective training comes effective life-long outcomes in individualized services.  Through meaningful intensive ABA practices and quality consumer, staff and caregiver training opportunities, consumer goals and objectives are met and maintained.
